Youth Protection

Due to the volume and resulting stress, we recommend not bringing young children to concerts.

The participation of minors in concerts is determined by parents based on parental custody rights. According to the German Civil Code (BGB), parents have the duty and right to care for their minor child (under 18 years). Ultimately, parents make the decision.

Please check with the respective organizer for their regulations for their event! You can find the organizer's name including a link to their website in the corresponding event details.

Under 16

Minors under 16 years of age may only attend the concert when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions apply to the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages and the sale of tobacco products and smoking.

16 - 18

Minors between 16 and 18 years of age may only attend events that end before midnight. These are usually only concerts.

Coat Check

What can be checked?

  • Bags of usual size
  • Jackets and bags must be checked separately
  • Large luggage items such as suitcases can be checked in exceptional cases but must be registered in writing beforehand

Entry

Bringing food and beverages is generally not permitted.

Taking any type of camera is not permitted. Only smartphones may be brought in.
